If the item is defective due to manufacturing, we will accept its return within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Under those circumstances you will not be responsible for any shipping costs. We cannot accept item returns if the item is broken or damaged due to abuse, misuse, accident, vandalism, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Satisfaction Guarantee Returns:
If there are no manufacturing defects but you are simply unsatisfied with the item, we will accept the return of the unused item in its original packaging up to 90 days from the shipping date. We will be happy to replace the item or refund the purchase price. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees on all customer returns that are not warranty claims.
Custom items are not returnable unless a defect in manufacturing is present.
